下载固化软件更新指南

  1. 点击本页下面列出的文件名。将.exe文件复制到您的计算机硬盘上的临时目录（例如：C:TEMP）下。
  2. 选中临时目录，双击.exe文件进行解压缩，以提取文件。

警告

  • 只在 E5070B/71B 上安装此固化软件。在 E5070A/71A/E5071C 上安装此固化软件可能会导致ENA无法工作。如果您是 E5071C 的用户， E5071C 的下载页面。
  • 只在ENA上安装此固化软件。不得在PC上安装此固化软件，因为这可能导致它无法使用。

注意

如果您的 E5070B/71B 满足以下所有条件，不能在该分析仪上安装固化软件第 8.01 版或更新版本。请要求是德服务中心更换分析仪的内部硬盘。

  1. 2002 年 10 月之前已装运。
  2. E5070B 的序列号为 JP1KK00114 或更低的序列号，E5071B 的序列号为 JP1KK00205 或更低的序列号。
  3. 配有原始装运的硬盘。
  4. 硬盘上的 C 盘卷标为“CP300”。

8.11版中发现的问题（问题已在第 9.10 版中修复）

  • 如果将端口阻抗设为虚数，那么Z 变换（Zr 和 Zt）的计算无法正常执行。
  • 如果使用外部 SG 控制功能测量绝对值，那么绝对值测量无法正常进行。

6.51版本中发现的问题（问题已在第8.01版中修复）

  • 标量混频器校准功能工作不正常。在执行标量混频器校准之后，迹线没有更新。

6.50版本中已知的问题（这些问题已在6.51版本中修复）

  • 一旦执行了电子校准，部分夹具仿真器功能就不能正常运行。与工作区一样，请关闭夹具仿真器然后打开（请按分析>夹具仿真器>关闭，然后分析>打开夹具仿真器）。
  • 当打开端口扩展功能时，保存SnP功能不能正常保存屏幕上不显示的迹线。如果必须通过端口扩展输出标准文件，请在屏幕上显示所有迹线。
  • 去嵌入 s4p 功能（与单端参数有关）不可与其它夹具仿真器功能配合使用。例如，在端口 1 和 2 应用 4 端口去嵌入时，将端口 Z 转换应用到端口 3 将会导致端口 1 和 2 的去嵌入 s4p 不能正常执行。

3.54 修订版及更新版本的备注

在 3.54 版及更新版本固化软件中，将增加一项由外部直流电源生成的、可实现瞬时电压保护的初始源端口控制特性。当更新固化软件时，请参阅下面列出的“在使用外部直流电源时的固化软件更新通知和说明”。
