E5070B/71B ネットワーク・アナライザのファームウェア・アップデート
調整を実行するためにENAをKeysightサービス・センターに返送する必要はありません。ENAのファームウェア・アップグレードは、このWebページで提供されている情報とツールを使って、お客様自身で簡単に実行できます。
ファームウェア・アップデートの手順概要をダウンロード
- ページの下に記載されているファイル名をクリックします。ファイル（.exe）をコンピュータのハード・ディスク上の一時ディレクトリ（C:TEMPなど）にコピーします。
- 一時ディレクトリを選択し、ファイルをダブルクリックして展開することにより、ファイルの内容を解凍します。
警告
- このファームウェアはE5070B/71B専用です。このファームウェアをE5070A/71A/E5071Cにインストールしようとすると、ENAが正常に動作しなくなる可能性があります。E5071Cをお使いの場合は、 E5071C用のダウンロード・ページを参照してください。
- このファームウェアはENA専用です。このファームウェアをPCにインストールしないでください。PCが使用不可能になる可能性があります。
既知の問題
ファームウェア・リビジョン8.01以上は、E5070B/71Bが下記のすべての条件を満たす場合は、アナライザにインストールできません。この場合、Keysightサービス・センターに内蔵ハード・ディスク・ドライブの交換を依頼してください。
- 2002年10月より前に出荷されたもの。
- シリアル番号が、E5070Bの場合はJP1KK00114以下、E5071Bの場合はJP1KK00205以下。
- 出荷時のハード・ディスク・ドライブをそのまま搭載。
- ハード・ディスク・ドライブのCドライブのボリューム・ラベルが"CP300"。
リビジョン 8.11の既知の問題（リビジョン 09.10で修正済み）
- 虚数をポート・インピーダンスに設定すると、Z変換（ZrおよびZt）の計算が適切に実行されない。
- 外部SG制御機能を使用して絶対値を測定すると、絶対値測定が適切に実行されない。
リビジョン6.51の既知の問題（リビジョン8.01で修正済み）
- スカラ・ミキサ校正機能が正しく動作しません。スカラ・ミキサ校正の実行後にトレースが更新されません。
リビジョン6.50の既知の問題（リビジョン6.51で修正済み）
- Ecalが実行されると、フィクスチャ・シミュレータ機能の一部が正しく動作しなくなります。回避策としては、フィクスチャ・シミュレータをいったんオフにしてから再びオンにしてください（Analysis>Fixture Simulator>OFFを押した後、Analysis>Fixture Simulator ONを押します）。
- ポート延長機能をオンにしていると、画面に表示されていないトレースがSnP保存機能で正しく保存されません。ポート延長を使用したTouchstoneデータを出力する場合は、すべてのトレースを画面に表示してください。
- s4pディエンベディング機能が他のフィクスチャ・シミュレータ機能で正しく動作しません。これはシングルエンド・パラメータに関連します。例えば、ポート1とポート2に4ポート・ディエンベディングを適用したときに、ポート3にポートZ変換を適用すると、ポート1とポート2に対するs4pディエンベディングが正しく動作しなくなります。
リビジョン3.54以降に関する特記事項
ファームウェア3.54以降では、外部DC電源に起因する過渡電圧から保護するためのイニシャル・ソースポート・コントロール機能が追加されています。ファームウェアが更新されたときに示される『外部DC電源使用時のファームウェア・アップデートに関する注意事項』を参照してください。
制御コマンドに誤りがあったため、この注意事項は、2003年9月16日に改訂されました。
