The Keysight E5380B Mictor probe provides a convenient and reliable connection to your target through a Mictor connector designed into your target. Route your signals of interest to the location containing the Mictor connector and when you are ready to measure these signals simply plug-in the Mictor probe. These probes can be used with a support shroud in environments where accidental unplugging of the probe is a concern. This probe can be used with any Keysight logic analyzer with a 90-pin cable connector.

The Keysight E5405B Pro Series soft touch connectorless probe provides a convenient, reliable means of probing your target system without the need for a connector. Pro Series soft touch connectorless probing supports the new industry standard interface for smaller connectorless probing. This new footprint is 30% smaller than our original soft touch probes making it easy to use in designs that are tight on space. The soft touch top-side retention module is mounted on the same side of the board as the connectorless footprint so there is no need to access the back side of the board or for a special retention module for thick boards. Keysight's soft touch connectorless technology ensures a long life of trouble-free probing without the need for special plating or preparation of the probe site.

The Keysight E5847A ZIF probe connects to the W3633A DDR3 BGA probe to enable viewing of industry standard DDR3 DIMMs with a 16900 Series or U4154A logic analyzer.

Features: 

• Provides connection to all (address, command, and control) and partial DQ (data signals) between a U4154B logic analysis system and JEDEC standard 96 ball DDR4 x16 DRAM (JEDEC MO-207 footprint variation DU-z)
• Provides observation of probed signals on industry-standard 96 ball DDR4 x16 DRAM and provides access for DDR Eye Scans of DDR4 signals
• Works with all solder finishes, and is designed to tolerate lead-free soldering temperature profiles

The W4636A DDR4 x16 – 2 wing BGA interposer for 96 ball DDR4 DRAM is designed for data rates up to and including 2.4 Gb/s. The W4636A probes all ADD/CMD/CNTRL and partial DQ/DQS, and it is designed for minimal KOV for space limited systems under test. The W4636A is the least expensive DDR4 BGA interposer for a logic analyzer.

For users who require access to all ADD/CMD/DQ/DQS at data rates over 2400Mb/s, the W4633A x4/x8 DDR4 BGA interposer and W4631A x16 DDR4 BGA interposers capture all ADD/CMD/DQ/DQS signals and are designed to capture data rates up to and including 3.2 Gb/s.
