The Keysight 34945A switch/attenuator driver module for the 34980A Multifunction Switch/Measure Unit allows you to control switches and attenuators external to the 34980A Mainframe. This module provides power and control signals for many of the most popular microwave switches and attenuators.

Distribution boards offer ease of wiring to the external switches. One 34945A and 34945EXT can drive up to 64 switch coils, that´s 32 SPDT switches. Add an additional 34945EXT´s to drive another 64 switch coils.

The Keysight N6755A is a 500 W high-performance, autoranging DC power module that provides low noise, high accuracy and programming speeds that are up to 10 to 50 times faster than other programmable power supplies. Optional high-speed test extension offers an oscilloscope-like digitizer that increases measurement accuracy when viewing high-speed transient or pulse events within the device-under-test (DUT).

This module is used in both the small, multiple output 1U high N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System (for ATE systems) and the multiple output N6705 DC Power Analyzer (for bench testing). The Keysight DAQM900A module Data Acquisition System is the fastest switching and scanning multiplexer for general purpose use. It combines dense, multi-function switching with 450 channel/second scan rates to address high speed and high throughput data acquisition applications.

O módulo  sistema de aquisição de dados DAQM907A da Keysight oferece muita flexibilidade para uma variedade de aplicações de detecção e controle. Ele combina duas portas de 8 bits de entrada e saída digital, um totalizador com porta de 100 kHz e duas saídas analógicas de ± 12 V em um único módulo referenciado pelo terra. Saída analógica
Use as duas saídas analógicas com calibração eletrônica para obter tensões de polarização para o dispositivo em teste, controlar as fontes de alimentação analógicas programáveis ou usar as saídas como pontos de ajuste para os sistemas de controle.
