The KeysightGL2BMP utility converts Keysight 85869PC EMI measurement software-generated Keysight Graphics Language (HPGL, .hgl) data plot files to Bitmap (.bmp) files, allowing Keysight 85869PC users to import the Keysight 85869PC data plots into applications supporting the .bmp file format. The ?PGL2BMP?utility is included on 2 floppy disks and can be installed under Windows 95/98/NT4.01.
