It can perform dynamic/pulse measurements for various emerging applications, such as Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL) optical components, Integrated Circuit (IC) testing across a wide output range of up to 60 V/3.5 A DC / 10.5 A pulse, and resolution up to 6µV/100 fA. Furthermore, its low noise performance of up to 400 fArms in 1 Power Line Cycle (PLC) enables shorter aperture time measurements, and its seamless current measurement range function eliminates measurement range change time, thereby increasing test speed.
