這三種模型均已部署於 Verilog-A，並可在先進設計系統（ADS）2017 的模擬套件中使用。很多功率電子設計實驗室都無法取得元件製程參數，Si/SiC 和 IGBT 模型特別為了這些客戶加以調整。
