Keysight 4291B RF阻抗/材料分析儀為表面黏著元件和介電/磁性材料，提供了一個高準確度與容易量測的完整解決方案。有別於反射量測技術，Keysight 4291B採用的是直接電流-電壓量測技術，可在寬廣的阻抗範圍內提供更準確的阻抗量測結果。
基本的阻抗準確度為+/- 0.8%。較高的Q準確度，有利於執行低損耗的元件分析。內部合成器可掃描1 MHz到1.8 GHz的頻率，解析度為1 mHz。1.8m長的正確接線可將分析儀連接到測試站，以便您將測試點延伸到分析儀之外，而不會影響到準確度。先進的校驗與錯誤補償功能，可消除夾具的量測錯誤因數，並確保DUT/MUT的高準確度與重複量測穩定度。
Keysight 4291B還利用IBASIC程式化功能，來提供自動控制與監測測試信號位準的能力，元件可在定電壓或定電流下進行量測。使用直流偏壓選項（高達40 V和100 mA），即可量測與偏壓有關的阻抗特性。只要按一個鍵，內建的等效電路分析功能就會自動計算5種電路模型的電路常數。
