  • To install Firmware version 1.30 and above, go to: Firmware upgrade for U5850 series TrueIR thermal imagers
  • Learn how to stream and record video with Keysight thermal imager in Youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I--2OS4PG_w
  • Note:
    • Make sure the USB Mode is set to “Data Streaming” in your thermal imager setting to enable the video streaming and recording feature.
    • You need administrator right to install the software. If you encountered this problem, right-click on the installer and choose “Run as administrator”.
