韌體更新操作說明

  1. 點選本頁下方之 "E5061B Firmware Revision A.XX.XX" 連結。 將執行檔（.exe）複製到電腦硬碟中的暫存目錄（如 C:TEMP）。
  2. 解開存放在暫存目錄中的壓縮檔（.zip）並開啟執行檔（.exe）。

請小心

  • 該韌體只能安裝於 Keysight E5061B。 如果將該韌體安裝於 Keysight E5061A/62A 將導致儀器無法正常運作。 Keysight E5061A/62A 使用者請參考 E5061A/62A 韌體下載頁面的說明
  • 請勿將該韌體安裝於 PC 中，以免造成韌體遭到改動而無法使用。
  • 此韌體版本 A.01.xx 僅限安裝於 E5061B-3L5 LF-RF 網路分析儀上。 請勿安裝於 E5061B RF 選項。

Keysight E5061B 硬碟 C 槽 的磁碟區標籤若為 EL200、KY200、EL203、KY203 或 KY204，建議您更新 LXI 的軟體元件。 如需更新程式，請至本頁下方下載並執行自解壓縮檔「E5061B_LXI_0.0.24.exe」。
