ファームウェアをアップデートするためにE5061BをKeysightサービス・センタに返送する必要はありません。E5061Bファームウェアのアップグレードは、このWebページで提供されている情報やツールを使って、お客様自身で簡単に行えます。

ファームウェア・アップデートのダウンロード手順

  1. 下記の"E5061B Firmware Revision A.XX.XX"をクリックします。PCのハードディスクのテンポラリ・ディレクトリ（例 C:TEMP）に、.exeファイルをコピーします。
  2. .exeファイルを解凍するには、テンポラリ・ディレクトリに移動して、ファイルをダブルクリックします。

警告

  • バージョンB.xx.xxは、Windows 7搭載のE5061B用です。Windows XP搭載のE5061Bには、A.xx.xxを使用してください。Windows XP搭載のE5061Bには、バージョンB.xx.xxをインストールしないでください。Windows XP搭載のE5061BにB.xx.xxをインストールした場合は、ファームウェアが削除されますので、システム・リカバリを実行してください。
  • PCが使用できなくなる可能性があるので、PCにはインストールしないでください。
  • ファームウェア・リビジョンA.01.xxは、E5061B-3L5 LF-RFネットワーク・アナライザのみに対応しています。このリビジョンは、E5061B RFオプションにインストールしないでください。

その他のソフトウェアのアップデート

E5061Bにインストール済みのLXI 1.3のソフトウェア・コンポーネントのアップデート
E5061BのHDD Cドライブのボリューム・ラベルがEL200、KY200、EL203、KY203またはKY204の場合は、LXIのソフトウェア・コンポーネントを新しいものにアップデートしてください。下記から自己解凍ファイル「E5061B_LXI_0.0.24.exe」をダウンロードして実行することにより、アップデートすることができます。

注記
• E5061BのHDDボリューム・ラベルは、E5061Bのエクスプローラ・メニューから確認できます。
• LXIコンポーネントをアップデートする前に、必ずE5061BファームウェアをリビジョンA.02.06以上にアップデートしてください。

タッチ・スクリーン・ドライバのアップデート（2009年10月以前に出荷されたデモ器のみ）
2009年10月以前にデモ器として出荷されたE5061Bには、タッチ・スクリーン・ドライバのアップデートとA.01.00以上へのファームウェアのアップデートが必要です。アップデート手順とドライバは、下記からダウンロードできます。

キーサイトは、最新のバグ修正とセキュリティパッチを含む、利用可能な最新バージョンを使用することをお勧めします。
