是德科技推出了適用於現有 i3070 在線測試儀系列的 09.01p 版軟體。

這個版本可安裝在執行 Windows 7（32 位元與 64 位元）作業系統的測試平台與測試開發站上。產品特性包括：

  • 適用於任意波形產生器（ARB）的新語法，支援信號週期與相位偏移。
  • 改善了 DataLog Converter（DLC）易用性、支援批次檔執行、可自訂輸出檔的副檔名、可配置密碼保護等等。
  • 更新後的 NISTCAL 硬體支援適用於 34461A 數位萬用電錶及 53220A 計頻器。
  • 新的 SafeGuard 檔案適用於低電壓 CMOS 元件，例如 LV、LVC、ALVC 及 AVC。

  2. Save file to a folder in C: drive of PC

如何安裝

  • 1. Perform a system backup before applying software update 
    2. Close all running applications 
    3. Unzip content to a local folder in C: drive 
    4. Navigate to subfolder named "W7", double click setup.exe to start the installation 
    5. Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed 
    6. To validate software installation:
        a. On the Start menu, select Programs > Agilent ICT > Korn Shell
        b. In the Korn Shell window, type version and press Enter
        c. The displayed software version should be: Keysight i3070 09.01p 1116 WN
