Keysight Technologies is pleased to introduce the 09.01p software release for existing i3070 series of in-circuit testers.

This release can be installed on testheads and test development stations with Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit) operating system. Some of the highlights include:

  • New syntax for arbitrary waveform generator (ARB), supporting duty cycle and phase offset.
  • Improved ease of use for DataLog Converter (DLC), supporting batch file execution, customizable output file extension, password protected configurations and more.
  • Updated NISTCAL hardware support for Keysight's digital multimeter 34461A and frequency counter model 53220A.
  • New SafeGuard file for low voltage CMOS device families such LV, LVC, ALVC and AVC.

  1. Click the Download button
  2. Save file to a folder in C: drive of PC

설치 방법

  • 1. Perform a system backup before applying software update 
    2. Close all running applications 
    3. Unzip content to a local folder in C: drive 
    4. Navigate to subfolder named "W7", double click setup.exe to start the installation 
    5. Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed 
    6. To validate software installation:
        a. On the Start menu, select Programs > Agilent ICT > Korn Shell
        b. In the Korn Shell window, type version and press Enter
        c. The displayed software version should be: Keysight i3070 09.01p 1116 WN
