This software works with the AR8700T Automotive Radar Transmitter and Conformance Test Solution and will follow ETS standards EN 301 091,EN 302 264 and EN 302 858. Required software options include 89601200C and 89601BHPC, N7608APPC, KS8400A, and KS83200A.

The Keysight KS83200A Automation platform for automotive radar is a suite of standards-compliant routines for testing and validation of radar transmitters and receivers. The platform also includes calibration routines that account for the instruments and fixtures in each specific test setup. Minimizing loss and increasing accuracy is especially important when working with mmWave instruments and signals: even the slightest variation can cause erroneous go/no-go results.

Reference designs, such as multi-targets range and speed measurement and 3D scanning radar using antenna array, offer users much easier starting points to implement their own design ideas into early simulations and prototyping.
Multi-scatter target parameterized simulation models are available in the Automotive Library to coordinate file import to realize and visualize the micro-Doppler effects on the target.
