Make multiple measurements of active device distortion analysis with a single connection using the Keysight PathWave 89600 vector signal analysis (VSA) software with the Keysight PXI vector network analyzer (VNA). The VSA IQ data link feature in either the Keysight S95070B modulation distortion or Keysight S95090B spectrum analysis application enables you to send IQ data from the PXI VNA to the PathWave VSA to analyze demodulation error vector magnitude (EVM), amplitude modulation to amplitude modulation (AM to AM), amplitude modulation to phase modulation (AM to PM), and more.
