S93087A 互調失真（IMD）應用軟體使得配置與校驗放大器以及頻率轉換器的掃描 IMD 量測變得非常容易。它可在單一量測通道中控制內部和外部信號源的頻率和功率，並可在主音頻以及 IMD 音頻上調整接收器。使用者可以掃描兩個激發信號的中心頻率、或兩個激發信號固定中心頻率附近的頻率間距、或其中一個或兩個激發信號的功率，或是 LO 信號的功率。分析儀可量測 2、3、5、7、或 9 階的互調失真乘積，並能顯示相關的截斷點。另外，IM 頻譜模式可提供類似頻譜分析儀的顯示功能，以確認或修正量測結果。PNA 選項 200、210 和 400 不適用。S93087A 相當於 PNA/PNA-X 系列 A 機型網路分析儀的選項 087。
