新的N4901B Serial BERT 13.5 Gb/s涵蓋750 Mb/s到13.5 Gb/s的頻率範圍，並提供無可比擬的信號完整度與分析能力。
N4901B是業界第一個提供內建的純差動式輸入/輸出、時脈資料復原（CDR）、增強的抖動能力、以及無可比擬的分析與量測功能的串列BERT產品，能同時滿足目前及未來的測試需求。
新的N4901B Serial BERT 13.5 Gb/s提供了功能完善的新軟體。此新的“量測套件”具備了各種量測與分析功能，例如bathtub曲線、輸出位準、Q係數、頻譜抖動分解、快速眼圖、及錯誤位置的擷取等。
系統可在150 Mb/s到13.5 Gb/s的寬廣資料範圍內運作。
4種CDR範圍分別是在1 Gb/s、3 Gb/s、6 Gb/s和10 Gb/s下實作而成的。此外，每個CDR範圍的迴路頻寬也擴大了。
