Keysight 89601202C enables 89600 VSA software for standard vector signal analysis and hardware connectivity with limits on center frequency up to 55 GHz, IF / BBIQ bandwidth up to 2.16 GHz, and upgrades up to four measurement channels and four parallel VSA instances. The software supports hardware connectivity with various analyzers (signal analyzer, network, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, transceivers, FieldFox, radio test sets, wireless test sets), source control, switches, and system calibrators (89600 VSA-supported hardware). It is compatible with VSA2025 U1 or later releases.
- Conduct time and frequency domain analysis with up to 409,601 points FFT (fast Fourier transform); provide flexible traces and displays with simultaneous and multi-measurements.
- Support analog demodulation of AM, FM, or PM signals.
- Support stimulus-response measurements like AM / AM, AM / PM, and gain compression for power amplifiers or mixers.
- Support advanced trigger with selectable level, slope, delay, and hold-off.
- Record the acquired signal waveforms for playback and troubleshooting.
- Make group delay measurements using a simple wideband multi-tone stimulus signal or import / export the multi-tone stimulus definition from / to Keysight N7621B Signal Studio software, calibrating the input stimulus model with measured signal data, and performing simple and repeatable phase and magnitude channel response analysis.
- Support synchronous (simultaneous) or sequenced acquisition mode for multiple measurements.
- Support RF system calibration up to 110 GHz using U9361x RCal Receiver Calibrator (Technical Overview).
- Support 89601202C standard tier upgrade to advanced tier with 89601201U, which extends the capabilities to unlimited center frequency and IF / BBIQ, as well as support for up to 64 measurement channels and 512 parallel VSA instances. This upgrade works with VSA2025 U2 or later release.
