Keysight 16117B 是專為與 Keysight 4339A/B 搭配操作而設計的。由於具備廣口的鉗夾，它能夠固定住有大型端子的 DUT。當要量測如 PC 板或 IC 插座等小型的 DUT 時，可以以探棒 (選項 001) 替換夾具。選項 002 讓使用者得以製作簡單的自製測試引線。因採用屏蔽式纜線，電子雜訊的影響大大地減低。內建的互鎖式電路確保了高電壓量測的安全性。
