This revision will fix the relay open delay timing issue for analog powered tests.

如何安裝

  1. Download the following firmware update files from Keysight.com
    XTPB_SoC_HPS_Mux.img
  2. Copy the file to “C:\I3070_ICT\lib” folder in the i3070 system controller after renaming the original file there.
  3. Launch DGN.
  4. Select Configuration > Programmable Card Config.
  5. Any available firmware updates will be highlighted.
  6. Select "Update All" to begin the update.
  7. Whenever the User Account Control dialog box appears, select “Yes”  to allow the system to proceed.
  8. When installation is completed, reboot the testhead.

  1. Hanging during T2828 DGN for UnMux Systems.
  2. Intermittent failure for some specific shorts test.

如何安裝

  1. Unzip the downloaded file, there will be 2 files:
    XTPB_SoC_HPS_Mux.img or XTPB_SoC_HPS_UnMux.img (depending on system type)
  2. Copy one of the .img file, based on the sytem type, to C:\I3070_ICT\lib folder of the system controller after  renaming the original file there.
  3. Launch DGN.
  4. Select Configuration > Programmable Card Config.
  5. Any available firmware updates will be highlighted as shown below:
  6. Select Update All to begin the update.
  7. Whenever the User Account Control dialog box appears, select “Yes”  to allow the system to proceed.
  8. When installation is completed, the testhead is automatically rebooted.

This Control XTPB card firmware fixed the following issues: 

  1. Digital test failure when the vector cycles are very slow.
  2. Analog unpowered tests (“ed” and “en” option) are slower than XTPA.

如何安裝

  1. Unzip and choose “XTPB_SoC_HPS_Mux.img” or “XTPB_SoC_HPS_UnMux.img” file, depending on system type.
  2. Copy the file to C:\I3070_ICT\lib folder in the i3070 system controller after backing up the original file there.
  3. Boot the 3070 testhead and launch DGN.
  4. Select Configuration -> Programmable Card Config.
  5. Any available firmware updates will be highlighted. 
  6. Select “Update All” to begin the update. Whenever the User Account Control dialog box appears, select “Yes” to allow the system to proceed. 
  7. When installation is completed, the testhead will automatically reboot.
