Keysight E5071C RF 網路分析儀韌體更新

下載韌體更新的操作說明
- 請按一下列於網頁下方的「Keysight E5071C 韌體版本 A.XX.XX」。將檔案 (.exe) 複製到您電腦硬碟裡一個暫存目錄 (例如 C:TEMP) 中。
- 選取暫存目錄下的解壓縮檔，並連續按兩下 .exe 檔案以解壓縮。
警告
- 本韌體僅能安裝在 Keysight E5071C 上。若嘗試將本韌體安裝在 Keysight E5070A/71A / E5070B/71B 上，可能會造成故障。若您是 Keysight E5070B/71B 使用者，請參考 Keysight E5070B/71B 的下載頁面
- 最小韌體需求：
Keysight E5071C 4.5 GHz 選項 (選項 24x/44x) 需要 A.08.01 或以上版本韌體。
Keysight E5071C 20 GHz 選項 (選項 2K5/4K5) 需要 A.09.10 或以上版本韌體。
Keysight E5071C 6.5 與 14 GHz 選項 (選項 26x/46x/2D5/4D5) 需要 A.09.30 或以上版本韌體。
嘗試安裝舊版本，可能會導致 Keysight E5071C 故障。 - 本韌體僅能安裝在 Keysight E5071C 上。請勿嘗試將本韌體安裝在 PC 上，這樣可能會使其無法使用。
- 如果隨 Keysight N4374B Lightwave 元件分析儀使用 Keysight E5071C，則升級韌體時可能也需要升級 LCA 韌體。請參考
附註：A.07.02 版和 A.07.01 版使用者的 LXI 類別 C 更新
若要符合 LXI 類別 C：

韌體更新的已知問題
升級韌體時，程序可能會停在桌面畫面。此時，將 Windows 重新開機，以完成更新。
A.09.23 版的已知問題
- 在區段掃描、功率掃描與頻率偏移模式下，Keysight N443x 4 埠電子校驗模組的等待時間不足 (僅適用 Keysight E5071C 選項 2K5/4K5 20GHz)
A.09.22 版的已知問題
- 包含校驗資料的狀態檔 (類型 – 狀態與校驗或全部) 與其他版本不完全相容
A.08.12 版的已知問題 (已於 A.09.10 版中修正)
- 若埠阻抗設定虛值，則 Z 轉換 (Zr 與 Zt) 的計算無法正常運作。
- 若使用外部 SG 控制功能量測絕對值，絕對值量測無法正常運作。
- 若變更 ENA 系統的語言設定，則校驗套件定義檔無法正常運作。如需詳細資訊，請參考常見問答集： 在 ENA 上將語言設定從英文變更為其他語言時，會發生校驗套件資料錯誤。

- 無法使用外部測試設定模式功能。
A.08.01 版的已知問題 (於 A.08.10 版中修正)
- 校驗無法在外部測試設定模式中正常運作。執行校驗後會發生錯誤。
A.07.02 版的已知問題 (之前已於 A.08.01 版中修正)
- 純量混波器校驗功能無法正常運作。軌跡不會在執行純量混波器校驗之後更新。
A.07.01 版的已知問題 (之前已於 A.07.02 版中修正)
- 一旦執行 Ecal，治具模擬器的部分功能就無法正常運作。有一個解決方式是將夾具模擬器關閉後再重新開啟 (依序按下：分析>夾具模擬器>OFF，然後按下：分析>治具模擬器開啟)。
- 在連接埠擴充功能開啟時，未顯示在螢幕上的軌跡，不會被儲存 SnP 功能正確儲存。若您必須以連接埠擴充輸出 touchstone 格式資料，請在螢幕上顯示所有的軌跡。
- 移除 s4p 功能無法與其他和單端參數有關的治具模擬器功能一起正常運作。例如，當 4 埠移除套用在 port1 和 port2 上時，在 port3 上套用連接埠 Z 轉換會導致 port1 和 port2 上的移除 s4p 無法正常運作。

- Click the download button and save the file to a temporary directory on your windows 7/10 PC. Then run the E5071C_xx.xx.exe to extract the E5071C.msi.
如何安裝
- Save the E5071C.msi file to a USB mass storage device in order to move it to E5071C. Connect the USB mass storage device into the front USB port of the E5071C.
- Copy or move the E5071C.msi file to D drive.
- Press System > Service Menu > Update Firmware. (if the password dialog box appears, type e507xa as the password, then click OK.)
- In Open dialog box, select E5071C.msi, then press Open. Then the windows installer appears.
- Follow the instruction of windows installer.
- After the installation is finished, the firmware restarts.
- Press System > Firmware Revision to confirm the firmware revision you have just installed.
