E4980A/E4980AL Precision LCR Meter Firmware Update
Warning
Due to hardware changes, Version B.xx.xx firmware can only be installed on E4980A/E4980AL models with the following serial numbers:
E4980A - MY46516001 and above
E4980A GSA – SG46500501 and above
E4980AL - MY54304301 and above
E4980AL GSA - SG54300101 and above
For older serial number, install only with firmware Version A.xx.xx.
Note: Refer to E4980A/E4980AL Firmware page for more information.
