- Genesys 2012.01 has a companion Genesys 2012.01 SP1 service pack.
- Genesys 2012.01 SP1 Service Pack must be installed on top of an existing Genesys 2012.01 installation and uses the same license and language pack as the Genesys 2012.01 release.
- New licenses are required for the Genesys 2012.01 release, but not required for the SP1 service pack. Select the “New Release License Request” to obtain your updated licenses before installation.
