S93026A 先進脈衝射頻量測包括 S93025A（四個內建脈衝產生器）的所有功能，並添加了窄頻脈衝檢測方法，以便將脈衝量測功能擴充到 20 ns 脈衝寬度的脈衝內定點量測，並為脈衝波封量測提供 10 ns 的時序解析度。
