Transforming the X-Series signal analyzers into SCPI commands compatibility mode, the application enables the X-Series signal analyzers to emulate the FSP/FSU/FSE spectrum analyzers or ESU EMI receiver in remotely controlled, automated test equipment (ATE) systems.
Emulate the remote operation of the FSP, FSU, FSE spectrum analyzers or ESU EMI receiver for the most common commands for basic spectrum analyzer functions (modes other than the core spectrum analyzer mode are not supported).
Match the data format from trace queries to the FSP/FSU/FSE/ESU for the most common data formats (ASCII, Binary 32)
