The N8830A 100GBASE-CR4 Ethernet compliance software for Infiniium Series oscilloscopes gives you a fast and easy way to verify and debug your 100 Gb/s copper Ethernet designs. The Ethernet compliance software lets you automatically execute Ethernet physical-layer (PHY) electrical tests, and it displays the results in a flexible report format. In addition to the measurement data, the report provides a margin analysis that shows how closely your device passed or failed each test.
The N8830A 100GBASE-CR4 Ethernet compliance software performs a wide range of electrical tests to meet the IEEE P802.3bj Clause 92 electrical specifications.
For optional multi-lane testing you will need the switch matrix hardware along with the switch matrix license.
The N8830A 100GBASE-CR4 Ethernet compliance software runs on DSAX90000 and DSOZ634A 63 GHz oscilloscopes.
