是德8714ES提供一個S參數測試組件與完整的二埠向量錯誤修正功能，可執行完整而準確的元件S參數量測。兩個獨立的頻道可以用延遲與SWR等各種不同的格式，在直角座標圖、極座標圖或史密斯圖上量測及顯示兩個參數，例如S21（傳輸）和S11（反射）。Keysight 8714ES的頻率範圍從300 kHz到3 GHz。
