The Keysight 11951A infrared controller allows a Keysight 8590E-series spectrum analyzer to be controlled remotely from up to 30 feet. It eliminates the need to leave the test chamber to make changes to the spectrum analyzer settings. The infrared receiver unit connects to the keyboard input of the analyzer, and the operator activates functions using a handheld infrared transmitter, which is aimed at the spectrum analyzer through a chamber window.
