SITUATION:

The Baseband Generator board with part number E4400-60070, serial number starting with 300, and version number A0110 contains wrong header information. This condition generates I/Q offset problems. To check if your ESG-D has the defect, access the installed board information on the display of the ESG. Using the front panel press Utility > Instrument Information > Installed Board Information.

SOLUTION:

To remedy the problem, download and run the self extracting executable Software Patch from this page.
