This software is designed to run only on the Keysight Infiniium 8000 Series, 80000 Series, 5485x Series, and 5483x Series oscilloscope acquisition system.

Once you have downloaded the software:

  1. Uninstall previous versions of Infiniium: From the Windows® XP system Control Panel, double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon. Left-click the Keysight Infiniium Oscilloscope software and choose Remove.
  2. Install the application: Select Start, Run..., (Downloaded File Location) SetupInfiniium05710000.exe, OK. The system will require a reboot to complete the installation.
  3. Start the application: Once installed, the Keysight Infiniium Oscilloscope application will execute immediately on system startup. The Infiniium icon on your desktop will also launch the application if it has been closed.
