S93089A 結合多個具偏頻模式的內部或外部信號源之信號源相位控制,讓您能輕易地測試 I/Q 調變器/變頻器和差動混頻器,以及差動放大器的諧波量測。信號源之間的相位差可以是固定的(例如,90 或 180 度),也可以是兩個指定相位值之間的掃描值。可準確控制信號源之間的相對相位,因此無需使用混合耦合器和平衡至非平衡轉換器,便可產生正交或差動信號。在達到期望的相位對準以後,儀器的接收器可調諧評估待測物所需的所有頻率。以 I/Q 調變器為例,可針對期望和被壓抑的轉換頻段進行量測,同時還可量測 LO 洩漏、諧波和其他雜波信號。相位掃描可確定待測物的相位不平衡狀態隨頻率的變化。使用者可指定使用個別接收器,或是與各種不同數學運算子結合的多個接收器,來進行量測。另亦可使用匹配修正來進行功率量測,以提高準確性。
