Measurement Guide Example Files
The M9484C VXG and N5186A MXG Signal Generators and X-Series Signal Analyzers Measurement Guides use example Waveform and Setup Files to replicate the measurements.
All example waveforms and setup files for the Supported Instruments are contained in the Zip file available from the Download button.
These files are also included on the M9484C and N5186A in the following locations:
M9484C: D:\Users\Instrument\Documents\Keysight\PathWave\SignalGenerator\Examples
N5186A: /Examples
You will need to copy over the setup files to the X-Series Signal Analyzer or the PC running the VSA application.
