Keysight 5DX 8.2.5 Software Patch

5DX System Requirements: Series II/2, Series 3 & Series 5000
Controller Requirements: Kayak 400 or greater
Operating System: Windows XP Professional Service Pack 1 or 2 or Windows NT Service Pack 6a
Software Requirements: 8.2.3
The Keysight 5DX 8.2.5 software patch contains changes to the 5DX software which correct several critical issues, including fixes to improve test times, and a fix for potential mismatch of the defect call and defect image at the repair station. This is a not a complete 5DX installation. The software does contain the contents of the 8.2.4 patch. The 5DX must already have the 5DX 8.2.3 software installed prior to installing this patch.
Installation Instructions:
- All users of releases prior to 8.2.3 must first install the 8.2.3 release.
- Read the 5DX 8.2.5 Install Instructions. This document guides you through the installation of the 8.2.5 patch.
- Download and install the 5DX 8.2.5 patch to the 5DX.
