Download and Installation Instructions
1. Create a folder c:\54600 on your local pc.
2. Click on the "Programmer's Reference Help file" link under the Download heading and save the file to c:\54600. This is a self-extracting archive.
3. To extract the installation program in Windows® Explorer, double-click on the downloaded file and select c:\54600 as the destination folder.
4. Double-click on setup.exe from Windows® Explorer and follow the instructions on the pc screen to install the application.
