Keysight’s N1010A FlexDCA is the software that runs Keysight’s digital communication analyzer (DCA) family of sampling oscilloscopes (also known as equivalent-time oscilloscopes). A DCA is an instrument that helps visualize and analyze the analog properties of high-speed signals such as those used in wireline telecom and data center links.
FlexDCA is installed at the factory on DCA-X mainframes but can also be installed on a PC to control a DCA-M or remotely control a DCA-X.

The Keysight B4661A memory analysis software offers a suite of options that include protocol compliance violation testing capability across speed changes, a condensed traffic overview for rapid navigation to areas of interest in the logic analyzer trace, powerful performance analysis graphics, and DDR and LPDDR decoders. With the B4661A memory analysis software and a Keysight logic analyzer*, users can monitor DDR/2/3/4/5, LPDDR2/3/4/5, GDDR6, or ONFi systems to debug and improve performance. Validation of compliance to DDR/2/3/4/5 and LPDDR2/3/4/5 protocols are important options. Powerful traffic overviews, multiple viewing choices, and real-time compliance violation triggering help identify elusive DDR/LPDDR system issues.
The Keysight B4661A memory analysis software provides four standard software features and seven licensed memory analysis options. GDDR6 analysis (licensed option -7FP/7TP/7NP) will be added in the 6.70 release in March 2020.

The M8070EDAB Error Distribution Analysis package offers features like burst mechanism detection and analysis, frame loss ratio estimation and error mapping.

Compute Express Link (CXL) is an industry supported, high-speed interconnect standard that enables coherent memory access between a host and end-point device. CXL leverages the dependability and performance of the PCI Express® physical layer and uses a flexible processor port to auto-negotiation whether the link will communicate using the standard PCIe protocol or the supported alternate CXL transaction protocol. CXL defines three sub-protocols CXL.io, CXL.mem, and CXL.cache that are used for initialization and link-up, and to facilitate the coherent sharing of memory between computing devices.
P5561CXLA CXL 1.1 / 2.0 Protocol Exerciser Software supports protocol traffic generation for all CXL 1.1 and 2.0 supported speeds and lane widths from x1 to x16. The CXL exerciser can emulate a root port or endpoint, generate FLIT traffic and includes built-in LTSSM test cases, error insertion, and a protocol checker.
