Keysight 70871Aスカラ・パーソナリティは、コンポーネント・テスト用の自動測定ルーチンを70000システムに追加します。本パーソナリティは、テスト・プロセスを制御して、オペレータに測定手順をガイドする役割を果たします。本パーソナリティの信号モード部分には、スプリアス・サーチと高調波歪みのルーチンが含まれています。スプリアス・サーチは、指定した条件を満たすスプリアス信号の周波数と振幅を一覧表示します。高調波歪みルーチンは、基本波とその2次/3次高調波成分、高調波歪みのパーセンテージを、ボタン1つで表示します。本パーソナリティのスカラ・モード動作では、専用のスカラ・アナライザ・インタフェースとルーチンにより、スティミュラス・レスポンス測定を容易に実行できます。利得/損失、デバイス帯域幅、除去比、リターン・ロスのそれぞれを周波数に対して表示できます。伝送のスルー校正と、反射のオープン/ショート校正のシーケンスも用意されています。
