  1. Keysight E4991A のシリアル番号に従って、"E4991A Firmware Revision 1.01" または "E4991A Firmware Revision 2.XX" を選択してクリックします。 下の "記:" を参照ください。 あなたの PC のハード・ドライブのテンポラリ・ディレクトリ (例: C:TEMP) に .exe ファイルをコピーします。
  2. そのディレクトリのファイルを解凍し、.exe ファイルをダブル・クリックします。
  3. このページの下の "Firmware Update Procedure" をクリックして PDF ファイルをダウンロードします。 ファームウェアをアップデートする手順が記述されています。
  4. その手順に従って、フロッピィ・ディスクを３枚にファイルをコピーし、E4991A にインストールします。

記:

"E4991A ファームウェア・リビジョン 1.01" は、シリアル・プリフィックスが JP1KH, JP2KH, MY432 の E4991A に適用されます。
"E4991A ファームウェア・リビジョン 2.XX" は、シリアル・プリフィックスが MY433 以降の E4991A に適用されます。

キーサイトは、最新のバグ修正とセキュリティパッチを含む、利用可能な最新バージョンを使用することをお勧めします。
