Keysight Technologies is pleased to introduce the latest software release 2.1.0.110 for x1149 Boundary Scan Analyzer. This release comes with new features and tools added to enhance your experience in the development, debug, and production execution of tests in line with IEEE 1149.1-2013 Standards for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) with Boundary Scan devices. The objective is to have the flexible cost while achieving the best Boundary Scan coverage at all levels of your product life cycle.

New IEEE 1149.6-2015 Standard Support

  • This new release adds support to IEEE 1149.6-2015 Standard for Testing Advanced Digital Networks.
  • Controlling Segmented Boundary Scan Register selection
  • Electronic Chip Identification (ECID) feature

New Licensing Scheme for Total Software Management

  • This new version of Software Release introduces floating licensing scheme on both subscription and perpetual basis:
    • Ensure support of consistent licensing types and terms company wide across Keysight product lines.
    • Encourage customers to pay for what is only needed and promise consistent ROI.
Brand New Hardware
  • Provides a new facelift hardware design with a reinvigorated look in par with Keysight branding to provide the overall new customer experience using our Keysight x1149 Boundary Scan Analyzer platform.
