Keysight x1149 Software release 2.2.0.56 Release Notes

Keysight Technologies is pleased to introduce the latest software release 2.2.0.56 for x1149 Boundary Scan Analyzer. This release comes with new features and tools added to enhance your experience in the development, debug, and production execution of tests in line with IEEE 1149.1-2013 and IEEE 1149.6-2015 Standards for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) with Boundary Scan devices. The objective is to have the flexible cost while achieving the best Boundary Scan coverage at all levels of your product life cycle while enhancing performance and memory usage with the new release of 64-bit Windows application.

Keysight x1149 Migration to 64-Bit Windows Application

  • Supports 64-bit Windows application to optimize performance and memory usage.
  • Supports migration of 32-bit .absp conversion, board file upgrade and test generation to 64-bit x1149 application.

Single BSDL for Integrity Test 

  • Supports utilization of BSDL file to generate integrity test to ensure the successful communication between DUT and x1149 application.
New Light Mode for x1149 Interface
  • Allows to switch between light mode and dark mode in x1149 interface. 
Keysight recommends using the most current version, which includes the most up-to-date bug fixes and security patches available.
