N5394A DVI電気的特性評価／コンプライアンス・ソフトウェアを用いれば、アドイン・カード、ケーブル、マザーボード・システムのディジタル・ビジュアル・インタフェース (DVI) のデザインを迅速かつ簡単に評価／デバッグできます。また、DVI電気テスト・ソフトウェアを用いることにより、DVI電気チェックリスト・テストを自動的に実行することができます。結果は、柔軟性に富んだレポート・フォーマットで表示されます。レポートには、測定データに加えて、デバイスが各テストにどの程度のマージンで合格／不合格したかを示すマージン解析も表示されます。
N5394A DVI電気的特性評価／コンプライアンス・ソフトウェアは、4種類の基本的なDVI電気テストを提供します。このソフトウェアは、各テストに合わせてオシロスコープを自動設定するだけでなく、デバイスがどの程度のマージンでその仕様に合格／不合格しているかを示すマージン解析などの情報も表示します。
N5394A DVI電気的特性評価／コンプライアンス・ソフトウェアを使用するためには、4GHz以上の帯域幅を備えたKeysight 54850シリーズ・オシロスコープ、シリコン・イメージDVIコンプライアンス・テストキット (クロック・リカバリ・ユニット、テスト・ポイント・アクセス・フィクスチャ、ケーブルを含む)、最低2本のプローブ・ヘッド (E2677A はんだ付け／E2678Aソケット付きヘッド) と3.5GHz以上のInfiniiMaxアクティブ差動プローブ (1131A、1132A、1134A) が必要です。
N5394A DVI電気的特性評価／コンプライアンス・ソフトウェアは、リビジョンA.03.50以上のオペレーティング・ソフトウェアを搭載した54850 シリーズ・オシロスコープ、またはリビジョンA.03.90以上のオペレーティングソフトウェアを搭載したInfiniium 80000 シリーズ・オシロスコープで使用できます。 それ以前のリビジョンのソフトウェアを搭載したオシロスコープについては、アップグレード・ソフトウェアが以下のサイトで無料で提供されています。 www.keysight.com/find/infiniium_software
