Keysight E1306A GPIBコマンド・モジュールは、20スロットKeysight E1302Aメインフレームと共に使用する、 Bサイズ、2スロットのVXIコマンド・モジュールです。 Keysight E1306Aには、VXIメインフレーム用のGPIBインタフェースが装備されていて、 VXIバックプレーン通信を管理します。
本コマンド・モジュールが、レジスタ・ベースVXIデバイスに対する測定制御コマンドを構文解析するので、 ユーザは首尾一貫した判読可能な形式で測定器にSCPIコマンドを送信できます。 このため、プログラミングが容易になります。Keysight E1306Aは、 コンパイル済みSCPI (C-SCPI)をサポートしません。ユーザにデバッグ機能を提供するため、RS-232 端子接続用のRS-232が内蔵されています。
本コマンド・モジュールには、最大2Mバイトの不揮発性RAMメモリを1Mバイト単位で追加できます。 あらゆる構成に対して、1Mバイトのメモリの追加を推奨します。 一部の構成(Keysight E1313A 32チャネル・スキャニングA/Dなど)では、 2MバイトRAMの追加が必要です。追加したRAMは、測定器の読み取り記憶用およびレジスタ・ベース・モジュールの SCPIダウンローダブル・ドライバ用に使用されます。
