Keysight 547Aは、wired-ANDバスや3ステート・バスを迅速、簡単かつ経済的な方法でトラブルシュートするハンドヘルド電流トレーサです。不能ノードを引起したICをピンポイントで特定し、髪の毛のような細い半田ブリッジを突き止め、プリント基板裏面やマザーボードのショートを見つけることができます。
547Aは、デジタル回路の中を行き交う高速電流パルスをトレースし、電流を異常に引き込んでいるところや異常な電流源を突き止め、不具合の原因となっている低インピーダンス点を突き止めます。トレースした電流が過渡状態、シングル・パルスあるいはパルス列なのかを共通の単一ライトの点灯のし方で区別して表示します。CMOSを含めて電流パルスが1 mAを超える全てのロジック・ファミリで使用できます。CMOSのように負荷が軽くても、瞬間充電電流は2～3 mAになる可能性があります。
