Keysight 54622D 100MHzミックスド・シグナル・オシロスコープ(MSO)は、2本のアナログ・チャネルと16本のディジタル・チャネルを持ち、オシロスコープの詳細な信号解析機能とロジック・アナライザのマルチチャネル・タイミング測定機能とを組み合わせた製品です。最大18チャネルの信号の複雑な相互作用を同時にモニタできます。少ないチャネルを使って、あれこれ推測したり、あちこちつなぎ変えたりする必要はもうありません。デザインに存在する高速なディジタル制御信号と低速なアナログ信号とを同時に測定できるため、従来のオシロスコープでは困難だったアナログ/ディジタルが混在するデザインのデバッグ作業も容易に実行できます。・アナログ・チャネル、ディジタル・タイミング・チャネル、MegaZoom大容量メモリと、18チャネルすべてを使ったトリガ機能により、8/16ビット・マイクロコントローラを使ったアナログ/ディジタルが混在するデザインのデバッグ方法が根本的に変わります。さらに、MSOは54600シリーズの他のモデルとオシロスコープとしての基礎が共通なので、従来のオシロスコープと同じ感覚で使用できます。
