Keysight 11960A EMCプリセレクタは、複数のスイッチド・バンドパス・フィルタを組み合わせて、EMCアナライザの初段ミキサに加わるエネルギーの帯域幅を狭くしています。 現在、製品の伝導妨害波を測定する場合、通常、スイッチング・モード電源をテストします。スイッチング素子そのものは軽量で低コストですが、発生する広帯域雑音が電源ラインに重畳されます。この広帯域雑音により、レシーバあるいはアナライザの初段ミキサがオーバロードし、測定誤差を生じさせる場合があります。 プリセレクタを使用することにより、初段ミキサに加わるエネルギーの帯域幅を狭くでき、ミキサのオーバロードと測定誤差を抑えることができます。
