Keysight 10089A 2x8信号ロジック・プローブ(フライング・リード付き)を用いることにより、被試験デバイスのさまざまな位置に接続することが可能です。このプローブ・ケーブルは、8チャネルを1セットとして2セットに分けられています。そのため、必要な場合、遠くに離れたピンをプロービングしたり、1セットだけで動作させることができます。また、各ロジック・プローブをグランドに接続することにより、最適な信号波形忠実度を実現できます。さらに、プローブ・ポッド上の個々のグランド端子を経由して8つの信号すべてに共通のグランドをとることも可能です。このプローブは、54621D/54622D MSO(ミックスド・シグナル・オシロスコープ)に付属します。
