The file sp11-102.exe is a self-extracting archive file that contains three floppy disk images: spdisk1.exe; spdisk2.exe; and spdisk3.exe. The following instructions explain how to create the disks.

  1. After you download this file to your hard disk, you need to run sp11-102.exe file, which will decompress three files that are the floppy disk images.
  2. You will need to have three non-bootable floppy disks available onto which you can extract the images.
  3. Run the three files produced from sp11-102.exe, these files spdisk1.exe, spdisk2.exe, and spdisk3.exe, will extract directly to floppy disk which are used to install the service pack onto the Internet Advisor running 11.1 revision.
  4. Label the floppy disk created from spdisk1.exe as "service pack 11.102 disk 1 of 3".
  5. Label floppy disk created from spdisk2.exe as "service pack 11.102 disk 2 of 3".
  6. Label floppy disk created from spdisk3.exe as "service pack 11.102 disk 3 of 3".
  7. Once all three floppy disk are created, insert disk one into the Internet Advisor that has 11.1 release installed and run setup.exe.
  8. Follow the instructions to load disk 2 of 3 and disk 3 of 3.
