InfiniiVision 4000 Xシリーズ オシロスコープ・ソフトウェアのインストール

Keysightは、InfiniiVision Xシリーズ オシロスコープのソフトウェアを定期的にアップデートすることにより、新機能の追加、お客様からの提案の製品への反映、適切な機能の保証を行っています。ソフトウェアの更新は、システム・ソフトウェアの最新バージョンにより無料で行われます。現在出荷されている製品で標準となっている新機能は、製品を既にお持ちの場合は、お求めやすい価格で購入することができます。新機能およびアップデートの詳細は、リリース・ノートで確認できます。新機能がリリースされている場合は、ソフトウェアをアップデートしてください。
ご使用のオシロスコープの現在のソフトウェア・バージョンを確認するには、フロント・パネルの[Help]キーを押した後、About Oscilloscopeソフトキーを押してください。
ご使用のオシロスコープのソフトウェアをアップデートするには、以下のいずれかの手順を実行してください。
ダウンロードしたファイルは、解凍せずに、そのままオシロで読み込ませてください。
- ファイルをUSBフラッシュ・メモリに保存して、USBフラッシュ・メモリをオシロスコープに接続して[Utility] > File Explorerを押し、このファイルを選択した後、Load Fileを押します。
- オシロスコープがネットワーク上にある場合は、ファイルをコンピュータに保存し、オシロスコープのWebインタフェースにアクセスし（詳細はユーザーズ・ガイドを参照）、Instrument UtilitiesをクリックしてFirmware Versionを選択し、ファイルを選択した後、Installをクリックします。
オシロスコープのソフトウェアをアップデートした後、[Utility] > Service > User Cal Statusを押して、校正ステータスを確認します。"Results:OK"が表示された場合は、再校正は不要です。校正が必要な場合は、Start User Calソフトキーを押します。

ダウンロード方法
Click the download button and save the file to a USB flash drive or to a temporary directory on your computer.
NOTE: If your oscilloscope’s software version is prior to 4.00, you will need to change the suffix of the upgrade file from .ksx to .agx.
インストール方法
To update your oscilloscope's firmware, do one of the following:
- Place the file on a USB flash drive, connect it to the oscilloscope, press [Utility] > File Explorer, select the file; then, press Load File.
- If your oscilloscope is on the network: you can place the file on your computer, access the oscilloscope's Web Interface (see the User's Guide for details), click Instrument Utilities, select Firmware Version, browse to select the file; then, click Install.
After your oscilloscope's firmware is updated, check the calibration status: press [Utility] > Service > User Cal Status. If "Results: OK" is displayed, you do not need to recalibrate. If calibration is required, press the Start User Cal softkey.
