ダウンロード方法

  1. Click Download to download the firmware file.
  2. Unzip the zip file to a folder.
  3. Go to the folder PL23XX Prolific_DriverInstaller_v202, click on the PL23XX-M_LogoDriver_Setup_v202_20200527.exe to install the U1173B IR-USB cable driver.
  4. Double click the “Keysight U1273A Firmware Update Software (Version 4.02) installer file to install the program.

インストール方法

  1. Connect the meter to your PC via the U1173B IR-USB connectivity cable and turn on the multimeter.
  2. Go to Start > All Programs > Keysight Technologies > Keysight U1273A Firmware Update > Keysight U1273A Firmware Update Software (Version 4.02).
  3. Click “Auto Search COM Port” button to search and detect the unit. The model number, serial number and current firmware version of the meter will be displayed in the “Model Number”, “Serial Number” and “Current Version” field.
  4. Make sure the instrument is connected before you start the firmware update. Click “Upload Firmware” to start the firmware update.
  5. The meter will reset and recover itself after firmware update.

Firmware revision 4.02 can only be downgraded to revision 4.0.

    5. The multimeter will reset and recover itself after the firmware update.
    6. Reset the multimeter to its Default values through the setup menu (refer to User Guide page 129). This step is mandatory.

    2. Go to folder PL2303_Prolific_DriverInstaller, click on the ­PL2303_Prolific_DriverInstaller.exe to install the U1173B IR-USB cable driver.
    3. Double click the Setup.exe file to install the program.
    Uninstalling the software:
    1. Go to Start>Control Panel, then double click Add or Remove Programs.
    2. In the Currently installed progrms window, select the program that you want to remove, then click Remove.
