If you require a previous release that is before E.16.09 then you will have to go to the control panel and remove the Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5.
When you load the previous version of instrument software it will load the required version of .Net Framework.

If you require a previous release which is before E.15.07 than you have to go to control panel and remove the Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5
