ファームウェア・アップグレード手順

  1. "4396B_FW0XXX.exe" ファイルをテンポラリ・ローカル・ディスクにダウンロードし、解凍します。
  2. Update.src ファイルを DOS フォーマットされたフロッピィ・ディスクにコピーします。
  3. アナライザの [Preset] キーを押したまま電源をオンにします。
  4. フロッピィ・ディスクをディスク・ドライブに挿入します。
  5. "PREVIEW DISK" ソフトキーを押します。 アップデート・ディスクのリビジョンが表示されます。
  6. 表示された "Update Disk Revision" を確かめて "Return" を押します。
  7. "SYSTEM UPDATE" 、つぎに "CONTINUE" ソフトキーを押します。 アナライザは、フロッピィ・ディスクからインスタレーションを開始します。 数分かかります。
  8. アナライザが "Update Complete" を表示したら "REBOOT" ソフト・キーを押し、アナライザを再起動します。
  9. [System] キーを押し、"FIRMWARE REVISION" ソフトキーを押してファームウェア・リビジョンを確かめます。 "POWER ON TEST FAILED" が表示されず、ファームウェア・リビジョンが正しく表示されたら、ファームウェア・インスタレーションは完了します。
キーサイトは、最新のバグ修正とセキュリティパッチを含む、利用可能な最新バージョンを使用することをお勧めします。
